    Terms and Conditions

    CHICOS Pro Auto Mobile Detailing
    Effective Date: June 1, 2026

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by [Your Business Name] (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.


    1. Services Provided

    We provide mobile automotive detailing services, including but not limited to:

    • Exterior washing 
    • Interior cleaning 
    • Waxing and polishing 
    • Paint correction 
    • Ceramic coatings 
    • Odor removal 
    • Engine bay cleaning 
    • Additional detailing services as agreed upon 


    Services are performed at the location provided by the Customer unless otherwise arranged.


    2. Scheduling & Appointments

    Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or emergencies 
    • Refuse service for unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions 
    • Decline service for vehicles that may present a health or safety risk 

    Customers must provide accurate contact and location information at the time of booking.


    3. Access to Vehicle

    The Customer agrees to:

    • Provide lawful access to the vehicle 
    • Remove personal belongings and valuables before service 
    • Ensure the vehicle is accessible upon arrival 

    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.


    4. Payment Terms

    Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Accepted payment methods may include:

    • Credit/debit card 
    • Digital payment apps 

    Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

    Returned checks or chargebacks may result in collection action and additional costs permitted under Texas law.


    5. Deposits & Cancellation Policy

    Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled appointment.

    Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

    • Loss of deposit      
    • Cancellation fee of up to $[amount] 

    “No-shows” may be charged the full deposit amount.


    6. Weather Policy

    Because we operate outdoors, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

    • Rain 
    • High winds 
    • Extreme heat 
    • Lightning 
    • Other unsafe weather conditions 

    We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly.


    7. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

    The Customer acknowledges that:

    • Some stains, scratches, oxidation, pet hair, odors, and other defects may not be fully      removable 
    • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: 
      • Paint chips 
      • Scratches 
      • Cracked trim 
      • Loose components 
      • Faded paint 
      • Worn upholstery 

    We may document vehicle condition with photos before and after service.


    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law:

    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed 
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages 
    • We are not responsible for damage caused by defective, aftermarket, or improperly installed vehicle parts 

    Customers must report any concerns before the service technician leaves the location.


    9. Satisfaction Policy

    Customer satisfaction is important to us.

    If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may, at our discretion:

    • Re-clean affected areas 
    • Offer partial service credit 
    • Provide another reasonable resolution 

    Refunds are not guaranteed.


    10. Biohazard & Excessive Condition Vehicles

    Vehicles containing:

    • Mold 
    • Human or animal waste 
    • Blood 
    • Vomit 
    • Needles 
    • Insect infestations 
    • Excessive trash      

    may be subject to additional fees or refusal of service.


    11. Ceramic Coatings & Specialty Services

    For ceramic coatings, paint correction, or specialty treatments:

    • Results may vary depending on paint condition and maintenance 
    • Manufacturer warranties, if any, are subject to their separate terms 
    • Improper aftercare may void any applicable warranty 

    Customers will receive aftercare instructions where applicable.


    12. Mobile Service Requirements

    The Customer is responsible for providing:

    • Legal parking access 
    • Adequate working space 
    • Safe working conditions 

    If water or electricity access is required, the Customer agrees to provide access unless otherwise arranged.


    13. Indemnification

    The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Business Name], its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

    • Unsafe conditions at the service location 
    • Misrepresentation of vehicle condition 
    • Customer negligence 
    • Violations of these Terms 


    14. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

    Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Guadalupe County, Texas.


    15. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting or distribution to customers.
